Tori Palmer is a lean agile coach, collaboration facilitator, experience crafter, trainer, agile gamifier, and speaker.
He has over 13 years of Information Systems and Product Development experience the vast majority of which includes project management, lean and agile transformations, organizational change management, systems analysis and design, DevOps, and management consulting and agile training.
He has also taught at an array of post secondary academic institutions and continuing education providers on subjects ranging from project management, to health information technology, computer science, technical writing, web design, and the likes. Additionally the industries he’s worked in includes financial services, telecommunications, hospitality, healthcare, insurance, education, government, and real estate.
Throughout the last couple of years he has also provided his services and capacity as a volunteer as a reviewer for the annual Agile Alliance agile conference within their customers & products program track.
When not coaching organizations or training/teaching he is a frequent participant in product development and agile meetups globally, attends conferences domestically and internationally, works on social change within his community, and contributes/bolsters his thought leaderships as an avid learner by way of reading, contributing and organizing open spaces, contributing to blogs, and mentoring others.
In his work he also enjoys tapping into principles and concepts of human dynamics of facilitating organizational change, human centered design, value proposition design, and social & open innovation.
Tori currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two children.
